Hey, I’m Jen - podcast host, blogger, midlife navigator, and your hype woman for rewriting the soundtrack of your life.
A few years ago, I hit a turning point. I was taking care of everyone but myself - running on caffeine, chaos, and autopilot. So I made an edit.
I committed to my health, lost over 70 pounds, fell in love with the gym, and learned that taking care of my body wasn’t just about looking strong - it was about feeling alive again. Therapy helped me unpack the mental weight I’d been carrying for years, and somewhere in between the reps and the reflection, I found my rhythm again through music.
That’s why I created The Midlife Edit Co. - and kicked off The Midlife Comeback Tour. What started as a podcast turned into a movement (and a little bit of merch) - a space for women ready to lift heavier, laugh louder, heal deeper, and live life on their own terms.
